Scholarship Application Information & Guidelines
The LC5 Foundation scholarship will be given to graduating seniors from Avon Park High School that are selected by the scholarship panel.
Just like Lane was known for wearing number 5 on the baseball field, this student must demonstrate the 5 values that Lane lived upon.
This scholarship is to be used to help mitigate the costs of higher education or help the student get started with the next portion of their life after high school.
To apply, please download the scholarship application below. Completed applications can be turned in to the guidance office at Avon Park High School or emailed directly to the foundation at lc5found@gmail.com.
